A.Here are our shipping policies:
ORDER PROCESSING TIME: We make every effort to process and prepare your order for shipment within 1-2 business days. This means that it may take up to one business day for a seller or business to be ready to ship your order.
ORDER DEADLINE: To ensure same-day processing, please place your order before 5 pm GMT - 5 pm EST (New York time). If you order after this deadline, the system will process your order on the next business day.
SHIPPING TIME: The estimated shipping time is 3-40 business days. This is the approximate time it will take for your package to reach your address after it has been shipped. Please keep in mind that this is only an estimate, and the actual delivery time may vary depending on factors such as the carrier, the distance between the sender and recipient, and any unforeseen circumstances.
B.How will my delivery be shipped?
We use FedEx, UPS, and CJ as our carriers for order delivery. No signature is required during dispatch.

E.I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE: You may cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours of purchase. We will not be able to process cancellations after this time.
CANCELLATION WITH A CANCELLATION FEE: If you cancel your order after 24 hours but before the item has shipped, a 0% cancellation fee will be applied.
CANCEL AND REFUND: If you cancel your order before the item has shipped, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after the item has shipped, you will receive a refund minus shipping and handling costs.
CANCELLATION BY RESCHEDULING OPTION: If you need to cancel your order, you can reschedule it for a later date. Please contact our customer service team to arrange a new delivery date.
CANCELLATION OF CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun. If a package is lost or unrecoverable due to the customer providing an incorrect address, the responsibility lies with the customer. POWERWIN will not replace or refund orders in such cases.

In rare cases, orders may be subject to customs fees charged by your government, not our site, and you will be responsible for those fees.
