Cancellation Policy

1. CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE: You may cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours of purchase. We will not be able to process cancellations after this time.

   CANCELLATION WITH A CANCELLATION FEE: If you cancel your order after 24 hours but before the item has shipped, a 0% cancellation fee will be applied.

   CANCEL AND REFUND: If you cancel your order before the item has shipped, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after the item has shipped, you will receive a refund minus shipping and handling costs.

   CANCELLATION BY RESCHEDULING OPTION: If you need to cancel your order, you can reschedule it for a later date. Please contact our customer service team to arrange a new delivery date.

   CANCELLATION OF CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun. If a package is lost or unrecoverable due to the customer providing an incorrect address, the responsibility lies with the customer. POWERWIN will not replace or refund orders in such cases.

   IF YOUR ORDER IS DELAYED: Please contact us by email at hello@powerwinpower.com. We will promptly investigate the situation with the shipping company.Thank you for your understanding and support.
